About Me

Hello! I’m a Mining Engineer graduate from Istanbul Technical University. Over the past seven years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in different corners of the mining world - both underground and at the desk.

I’ve gained experience in every stage of mining, from exploration to planning, managing production processes, and design work. I’ve even been on the sales side from time to time - talking with customers and understanding their needs was truly an enjoyable experience.

I’ve worked in both open pit and underground operations. I’ve been involved in a wide variety of projects, from short-term plans to long-term strategies, from 3D designs to the installation of ore processing plants. During my time at a publicly traded company, I particularly developed myself in team management and strategic decision-making.

What I enjoy most is being able to blend technical knowledge with commercial understanding. This way, I can see not just “how to do it” but also “why it should be done this way.” Being able to think about how a decision will impact not just the technical outcomes but the entire business has given me a different perspective.

I really enjoy tackling practical problems in the field, trying to optimize processes at the computer, and creating solutions. Wherever I am - whether on site, in the office, or in meetings - I focus on creating better things together with the people around me.
